Whatever you’re carrying – you don’t have to carry it alone.

Relationship
Support

Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of meaning — and one of our deepest sources of pain. I work with individuals and couples navigating difficult crossroads: wondering whether to stay or go, longing for deeper connection, or simply trying to find more purpose in their lives and partnerships.

With over a decade of experience in perinatal mental health, I also support people through the tender and often overwhelming transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

Whatever brings you here, you'll find a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore what matters most — at your own pace, with honesty and care.

Trauma
Therapy

Trauma has a way of living in the body long after the event has passed — surfacing as anxiety, depression, or a sense that something is stuck, no matter how hard you've tried to move forward.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a clinically proven approach that helps the brain do what it naturally wants to do: heal. Through a gentle, guided process that engages both sides of the brain, EMDR allows painful memories to be processed and integrated — so they no longer hold the same emotional charge.

If you're living with PTSD, anxiety, or depression — or if other approaches haven't brought the relief you were hoping for — EMDR may offer a different, and often transformative, path forward.

Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic experiences can be profound, even life-changing — opening us to deeper emotional truths, spiritual insight, and new ways of understanding ourselves. Whether your experience unfolded in a ceremonial, clinical, or informal setting, integration therapy offers a bridge between what you encountered and how you live. Together, we work to make meaning of what arose, explore the insights and emotions that surfaced, and translate them into real, lasting change.

I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy in office, in collaboration with a psychiatrist, for those living with depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, or grief — bringing this same spirit of deep, integrative care to every stage of the ketamine journey.
